Does Your Inner Life
Match Your Outer?
Does everything appear lovely on the outside of your life? All is in order? You seems to others to have everything under control? But under it all you feel uneasy, stuck or even trapped?
Recently our house had to undergo major repairs. It looked just fine on the outside. There was, however, a serious problem under the surface. After years of seeping leaks through the cracks our house was rotting from the inside out.
When the facade was removed you could see the deterioration. Walls were becoming weak from years of moisture. Years of drip, drip, drip and your inner self is slowly destroyed. How can this happen? It’s an inside job. This is how I felt when my marriage fell apart, I had three very young children and didn’t know what was happening to me, personally.
There are many ways this happens and it seems to happen, more especially, with women.
- You might have denied your nature to please another person.
- You might have allowed someone to repeatedly overstep your boundaries.
- You might’ve not given yourself permission to be honest about your personal needs and tolerated others abusing your boundaries.
- You may have chosen to ignore another’s controlling or manipulative behavior that had a direct effect on you.
So what can you do now?
I have created an online course for just this purpose. It is titled, “Are Your Boundaries Protecting You?” This course guides you through a process of identifying your boundary weaknesses. It helps you to start the process of setting simple boundaries. The course will be available this summer and is a simple few steps to freedom and peace in your life. You will find it HERE.
Goal is to have it ready by mid-June.
