Know Yourself
When I coach a woman the first step is to evaluate her life circumstances. She ranks six areas 1-10 with 10 being perfect:
- Career/job
- Financial
- Health
- Relationships
- Spiritual
- Well-being
Once she looks at the results we discuss each one. Then together we can determine which areas need the most attention. Future sessions are scheduled and the woman goes with a highly doable goal for the following two weeks. Life Coaching emphasizes plans for moving forward and setting goals. We don’t deal with the past or psychological issues. We focus on plans and actions for her future.
Other tools we will use are personality profiles, the Enneagram from a spiritual point of view, check lists, books and articles related directly to the needs of the client.
I offer a free first-time session to women who are serious about considering Life Coaching. Email me and tell me about yourself. gail@gailshowalter.com
A Testimony
Gail is warm, personable, attentive, and keeps me focused. She has guided me on smaller short term goals while at the same time helping me keep my long range goals in focus. Gail helps me think outside of my box and out of my comfort level, which I have greatly needed. With her guidance, I have been able to approach life’s situations with more perspective.
