Your Thoughts Shouldn’t Control You
c Isn’t there a way to a more peaceful mind? In the process I learned more about personality tendencies and why it is okay to be me, to be authentic. And I can get past self judging as well. I can be free. And so can you. Here are a few tips that I’ve learned:
- Identify the negative thoughts when they occur.
- Do not feed that thought by encouraging or obsessing over it.
- Redirect to a more positive thought.
I realize this seems simple. Believe me, it’s not so simple. Give it a try and let me know if you find it successful.
