How Do You Think?
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. – Philippians 4:8
All things begin with a thought. Buildings and bridges are imagined before they are designed. When I was a child my parents were planning to build a house. We spent many days thinking and designing a custom home. My point, of course, is that your thoughts have power.
Thoughts have power and that power makes a difference in all areas of your life.
Give it a chance. For one day be aware of your thoughts. At the end of the day list at least three things that made you glad during the day.
I am a Certified Professional Coach and I hold a degree from Lamar University in Speech and a Master’s from the University of Texas. I married Sam after raising three children as a single mother.
