Were You Ever a Single Mom Caught Between a Rock and a Hard Place?
Single Moms find themselves in lose-lose situations.
“For many women, difficulties and disappointments are frequent events; however, as with most rough journeys in life, there is much to learn. There are experiences that look much like “rocks in the road” but once they are polished, they become gems.” – from Living Learning Loving
Revised Edition will be available in March
I raised three children as a single mother before I remarried. I have experienced the potholes, pests, and perils of being the single head-of-household. As an educator in regular and special education for twenty years I know a great deal about child development and how to handle kids. I am the founder of SMORE for Women, a nonprofit whose goal is Single Moms, Overjoyed, Rejuvenated, and Empowered. I'm a Certified Professional Coach and my stories have been published in several books and magazines. My book, Living Learning Loving is available on Amazon.

One of my colleagues has been dumped by her husband last month and is now living with her son as a result. I wish she would read some useful materials to help her out.
