An old parable tells of a man lost deep in the forest when he suddenly meets another traveler. Now I will find my way out with this other traveler he thinks. “Tell me, sir, which way out of the forest?” he asks. The stranger replies, “Friend, I do not know. I too need to find the way. But one thing I do know: do not take the way I have been taking. That will lead nowhere. Let us both look for a new way out together.”
Doesn’t that tell how we all are as we travel through life? As long as you think you are lost and alone, you are. When you join with another you may find a new way.
My suggestion to all single moms – Stay on the path with the Light at the end.”
