Can You Stand alone?
When it really counts, can you stand alone? When life throws you a curve how do you handle it? Are you able to say “no” when you know you ought to? All of these take courage. If you think courage can only be demonstrated on a battlefield or in a hospital, think again. Raising children as a single mother takes courage. Sometimes it takes enormous courage to simply say “No.”
If you are in a situation in which someone is mistreating you or maybe abusing you, what happens when you think about saying, “No. No more?”
Does it cause you to be afraid? Afraid of what? Seriously. Write it down. What are your options?
