School Starts

I had a sad dream last night. My children were young and it was the first day of school. I realized too late that they did not have any appropriate clothes for school. Our schools did not require uniforms. They had to go to school in embarrassing outfits. How could I let this happen?

Looking back on those years there were lots of surprises and I certainly wasn’t prepared for them. If you are reading this and you are a single mother I hope you will keep the faith and take steps towards goals that will build a solid future for yourself and your children. Some days are going to be just plain yucky. Cherish the days that are worth remembering. Make as many good memories as you can.
