Guidance & Inspiration in 2017

My plan for this year is to offer guidance in three basic areas: Mental Health, Physical Health and Spiritual Health with a few random topics thrown in on occasion. I hope that you will share my blog with your friends to expand my reach to inspire women.

Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. As I coach women I often hear of family members who lack mental health. Of course there is a broad range of mental health and we can all use mental health awareness. I’m not a mental health professional. I’m simply sharing was I’ve learned from the school of hard knocks over many, many years of experiences.

Physical Health is the soundness of the body, freedom from disease or abnormality, and the condition of optimal well-being. It is when the body is functioning as it was designed to function. As a mature woman I’ve dealt with several health issues. Through the process I’ve seen numerous doctors and learned a great deal. I will share with you and will draw from professionals to give you information that will help you to have a healthier life.

Spiritual Health is defined by your religious faith, values, beliefs, principles, and morals. Spiritual wellness is a person matter involving values and beliefs that provide a purpose in our lives. While different individuals may have different views of what spiritualism is, it is generally considered to be the search for meaning and purpose in human existence. I’ve had a rich life of spiritual experiences. I’ll share using written materials from spiritual leaders as well as with my personal life lessons.

If you’ve read this blog before, you know that I’m an open book. If any of my experiences can benefit you I’ll be delighted. I hope to inspire you, to encourage and to motivate you this year.

Let’s get started-get to know each other and improve our lives.

What a lot of great information. Very helpful and inspiration for a New and better year. We as mothers are the leaders of our children and they soak up everything from us. Acceptance of others is difficult but you are right. Its better to accept what is. Thanks for the great info for A more positive mom!!
