6 Areas of Personal Perspective

What is Your Personal Perspective of Your Life?

One of the tools I use when life coaching is a Wheel of Personal Perspective. We divide the circle into six wedges:

  • Career,
  • Relationships,
  • Financial,
  • Health,
  • Spiritual, and
  • Well-Being.

You will rate each category. The goal of life coaching is to establish balance in your life and enhance your strengths. Together we look at each of these areas and develop goals that are reasonable for you to achieve. We may work in baby steps, always moving forward, depending on your needs.

I want to learn from you where you want to end up and what your life will be like when you have achieved success. We will talk through each of the six categories.

Sometimes we identify our area of need better when another holds up the mirror for us. Sometimes we just need another to provide a little guidance.
Sometimes we do better when we have a cheerleader to cheer us on.
