Set Boundaries for Personal Emotional Health
The topic of boundaries keeps coming up with the women I coach. I wonder if that is because we aren’t taught as little girls about our right to establish boundaries. Some of us may not have even been taught that we should establish boundaries for our own personal safety.
Were you encouraged as a child or adolescent to set boundaries?
Gail holds a degree from Lamar University in Speech and a Master’s from the University of Texas. She was an educator in regular and special education for twenty years, finishing her professional career as a Braille teacher. She married Sam after raising three children as a single mother.
