If you avoid confrontation at all costs you may find you are more miserable than you would expect to be under the circumstances. You avoid any interaction that is out of your comfort zone in order to stay comfortable. So what is the problem? Why is it you are still anxious? Still uneasy around certain people?
A personal boundary is a healthy barrier that you establish out of respect for yourself. First you must have a healthy respect for your self. Perhaps you need to do some work if you remain uneasy or anxious and are avoiding drawing boundaries that are reasonable for your own well being.
